1. Overview
This SOP explains how to use the TBL Load Pallet Builder to:
- Export load data from Sellmate (including essential product attributes).
- Upload and process that data in the TB Scraper.
- Generate a pallet workbook that organizes items across multiple pallets based on volume and MSRP constraints.
2. Gather Your Batch Data in Sellmate
- Select the Correct Batch
- Log in to Sellmate and pick the batch you want to build pallets for.
- Ensure this batch corresponds to the TBL load you plan to manifest.
- Download the Listing Report
- Look for a “listing report” or “download” option in Sellmate.
- Select the following filters/columns:
- SKU
- Barcode (UPC)
- Item Weight
- Item Width
- Item Height
- Item Length
- MSRP
- Click Submit (or the equivalent) to generate and download the file.
3. Open the TBL Scraper (Pallet Builder)
- Navigate to the TB Scraper
- Go to the Pallet Builder page for TBL loads.
- You should see an interface to upload your CSV and enter the number of pallets.
- Upload the Downloaded CSV
- Drag and drop the CSV file you downloaded from Sellmate (or click to select it).
- In the Number of Pallets field, type how many pallets you want (e.g., 3).
- Process the CSV
- Click Process to build your pallet workbook.
- After processing, the TB Scraper will generate an Excel file (named
originalFileName (Pallet Workbook).xlsx
).
4. Inspect the Pallet Workbook
- Open the XLSX
- The downloaded workbook contains multiple sheets: one sheet per pallet (e.g.,
Pallet_1
, Pallet_2
, Pallet_3
, etc.) and a Leftover sheet.
